How to contact us if you have any questions, complaints or concerns

The Bank Act requires banks to inform customers in plain language that coercive tied selling is illegal. To comply with the law, Canadian Western Bank has created this information explaining:

How Can You Contact Us?

Canadian Western Bank encourages customers to raise questions or concerns with the Branch or Office where they do business as soon as they arise. Each Branch or Office is supported by a Vice President who has the decision-making authority to resolve most problems. Should the matter not be resolved to your satisfaction, you may wish to correspond with the Bank's Complaint Handling Officer:
Canadian Western Bank
2300 - 10303 Jasper Avenue
Edmonton, Alberta T5J 3X6
Telephone: (780) 423-8888
Fax: (780) 423-8897
Email: concerns@cwbank.com

If the suggestions outlined above have not resulted in an acceptable solution to your concern, you may request that the Bank's actions be reviewed by its internal Ombudsman. His office may be contacted at 1-888- 423-8854. In turn, a lack of resolution by his office may lead to reference of the file to the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI).

As an alternative to the Ombudsman, you may also make your concerns known to:
